Mixologist

About the role

The Mixologist is the centerpiece of our restaurant’s beverage program, delivering expertly crafted drinks while providing attentive, friendly service to guests. You will work on‑site in Westlands, preparing cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks, and supporting private events and off‑site catering.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, following exact recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Design and launch original cocktail and alcohol‑free signature drinks that match the menu theme and seasonal trends.
• Engage guests at the bar, taking orders promptly, recommending pairings, and promoting specials, premium spirits and bottle service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Support private events and catering functions by setting up bar stations and delivering drinks on time.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years (24 months) of hands‑on experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on speed, consistency and creative presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with kitchen and service teams.

• Bar equipment operation and maintenance.
