About the role
Komarock Modern Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join its growing team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring smooth operation of the outpatient and inpatient services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care according to established protocols and care plans.
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and documentation.
- Monitor and report patient status, vital signs, and any changes in condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas and equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Required profile
- Valid professional license where applicable.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in a relevant health field.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized, hard‑working, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
