Nutrition & Dietetics Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Nutrition & Dietetics Assistant to run our Nairobi CBD store. Reporting to the Sales Nutritionist, you will become the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers, helping them choose products that match their health needs while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take over the CBD store’s day‑to‑day operations and report to the Sales Nutritionist.
• Staff the store during opening hours, assisting walk‑in customers directly.
• Provide basic, condition‑specific product guidance (e.g., lactation, bone health, blood sugar, men’s health) after training.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Maintain store presentation, restocking, and cleanliness.
• Identify repeat customers and referral opportunities and communicate them to the Sales Nutritionist.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (final‑year student or recent graduate).
• Comfortable discussing health concerns with empathy and confidence.
• Reliable, organized and able to run the store independently.
• Based in or able to commute to Nairobi CBD.
