About the role
Petanns Institute of Business Studies (PIBS), a technical training institution in Nairobi, is looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist to oversee front‑office operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing daily front‑office functions, ensuring smooth registration processes, and supporting the institute’s outreach efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to students and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Register new students and maintain accurate enrollment records, facilitating smooth admissions.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote the institute’s training programs and attract prospective learners.
- Collect fees, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Perform general branch administrative activities, assisting with day‑to‑day office tasks.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in a business‑related field.
- At least one year of experience managing front‑office operations.
