Online Lead Generator and Google Ads Expert

About the role

EduLink is seeking a Mid‑level Online Lead Generator and Google Ads Expert to drive student enrollment across Africa. You will own the end‑to‑end digital campaign process, from strategy to performance reporting, while nurturing high‑intent leads for the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across free and paid search, social media, and display networks.
• Design, optimise and monitor conversion funnels to capture, qualify and nurture leads.
• Create culturally resonant content for social media and the brand’s online presence.
• Analyse ROI, CPA and CPL metrics, producing regular performance reports.
• Improve website visibility and user experience through SEO and web optimisation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to track and optimise cost‑per‑lead.
• Located in Westlands, Nairobi and able to work onsite on a part‑time basis.

What we offer

• Part‑time contract with a monthly salary range of KES 15,000 – 30,000.
