Online Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Sales Agent to handle inbound inquiries and orders through calls, WhatsApp and messaging platforms. You will represent MoKo with professionalism, manage leads in our CRM and convert prospects into loyal customers while working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and orders via phone, WhatsApp and chat, ensuring accurate order capture.
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM, follow up consistently and close sales in the Ksh 10,000–30,000 range.
• Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.
• Monitor shift schedules, contribute to projects that improve communication and sales processes.
• Provide feedback on lead nurturing performance and suggest workflow improvements.
• Assist in onboarding new team members through shadowing and on‑the‑job coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of pure online sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable selling via WhatsApp and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays and public holidays.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to the Mlolongo office and have a stable home fibre connection for remote days.
