Operations & Inventory Administrator

About the role

Optimise Outsourcing Ltd is seeking a highly organised Operations & Inventory Administrator to support a fast‑growing UK lifestyle brand. You will be responsible for accurate processing of purchase orders, goods receipting and supplier invoices while ensuring inventory records remain reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to confirm deliveries.
• Record goods receipts and reconcile them against purchase orders.
• Validate and enter supplier invoices into the financial system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support broader operational and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organisational skills and comfort handling large data sets.
• Basic understanding of purchasing and inventory workflows.
