Operations Manager – Automotive Services

About the role

MP Motors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities at its Nairobi hub. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery, spare‑parts logistics and workflow planning to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for both individual and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily workflows across service bays and parts inventory.
• Coordinate service delivery teams to meet performance targets and customer expectations.
• Oversee spare‑parts procurement, storage and distribution, ensuring timely availability.
• Monitor operational metrics, generate reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners and external service providers.
• Support digitalisation projects and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nairobi County, Kenya.
