Operations Manager – Contracts (South East)

About the role

The Operations Manager – Contracts will oversee our third‑party installation partners, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from order placement through commissioning and hand‑over to service. This remote position focuses on the London and Home Counties area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to deliver professional installations.
• Attend pre‑project meetings with sales and customers to clarify requirements.
• Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, monitoring performance and site operations.
• Resolve technical and customer issues on site and remotely.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement business change initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with customers and third‑party partners in a high‑volume, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong project‑management background with a track record of successful contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and high‑level customer‑facing skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in continuous‑improvement practices.
