About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations at Peaks Hotel, a first‑class property near Nanyuki. The role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and supporting the hotel’s business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor all operational activities across the hotel.
- Manage staff schedules, training and performance to uphold service standards.
- Monitor inventory, procurement and cost control to optimise profitability.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the front‑office, food & beverage and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
