Operations Manager – Westlands & Kilimani

About the role

Zaria Centre Limited is looking for an Operations Manager to lead its Westlands and Kilimani branches. The role focuses on building high‑performing processes through ERP systems, data‑driven decision making and proven business management models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations across both branches.
• Implement, configure and continuously improve ERP and other digital business systems.
• Develop, monitor and report on KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Drive sales productivity, operational excellence and profitability.
• Design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and efficient processes.
• Coach, mentor and hold teams accountable for results.
• Enhance customer experience and service quality.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multi‑site operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation.
• Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
