Operations Officer

About the role

The Operations Officer will support the smooth execution of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution activities at Brites Management Services Limited. You will work closely with production, procurement and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across production, warehousing, procurement and distribution.
• Monitor production schedules and assist in meeting manufacturing targets.
• Track inventory levels, manage raw material replenishment and oversee dispatch logistics.
• Prepare operational reports on production, inventory and logistics performance.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Support cross‑functional planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning and logistics operations.
