Operations & Programs Delivery Lead

About the role

The Operations & Programs Delivery Lead will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new and expanding health programmes for TC4A. You will build and maintain the operational systems that enable the organisation to scale across multiple countries while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of new country programmes and engagements with pharmaceutical companies, foundations and multilateral organisations.
• Develop and manage workplans, budgets, timelines and reporting for each engagement.
• Coordinate with client programme teams, lead routine client calls and ensure follow‑through on agreed actions.
• Establish and maintain a live workplan for every project, assign clear owners for deliverables, and create milestone‑to‑invoice maps for Finance.
• Organise and keep up‑to‑date all programme documentation, partner and vendor agreements, ethics and regulatory records.
• Identify, assess and escalate risks early to enable corrective actions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 5 years) in program or project delivery, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programmes across different countries.
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
