About the role

We are seeking a proactive, data‑driven Operations Team Lead to manage the day‑to‑day activities of the Resourcing Team. The role ensures a seamless transition for full‑time hires from onboarding into regular business operations, identifying gaps and removing blockers to maintain workforce continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise the post‑onboarding lifecycle of full‑time employees.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve blockers that affect workforce productivity.
• Maintain accurate workforce data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align processes.
• Produce regular operational reports and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in workforce operations, resourcing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
