About the role
We are seeking a reliable Packager to join our back‑store team at Quickmart’s Nairobi supermarket. The position focuses on packing and preparing stock for the sales floor, ensuring that products are correctly labeled, organized, and ready for customers. Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong customer service and communication abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Pack and prepare merchandise in the back‑store, ensuring items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Label, sort, and organize inventory to facilitate efficient stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with store staff to coordinate timely movement of goods from back‑store to the shop floor.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, possessing a valid National ID.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
- Disciplined, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced retail environment.
