Paralegal Bilingüe

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Paralegal to join a high‑volume Employment Litigation team focused on Wage & Hour class actions. The role provides essential support to attorneys handling complex employment law matters in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, motions, letters and discovery documents.
• Draft, review, proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct legal research and gather information to support litigation.
• Maintain and organize case files in case‑management systems.
• Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trial preparation.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines and litigation timelines.
• Coordinate with clients on case‑related matters.
• Track multiple active cases and ensure timely filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting U.S. employment law matters.
• Prior experience working in a law firm is mandatory.
• Experience with wage‑and‑hour, labor & employment issues and discovery processes.
• Familiarity with state and federal court e‑filing procedures.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent legal drafting, proofreading and document‑review abilities.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a high‑volume environment.
