Key responsibilities

• Research employers and recruitment agencies currently hiring in Nairobi.
• Contact organisations via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Collect and verify vacancy information before publication.
• Use ChatGPT for research, outreach preparation and information organisation.
• Maintain an outreach log in Google Sheets and provide weekly updates.
• Attend occasional employer visits in Nairobi when pre‑arranged.

Required profile

• Completed university degree in any field.
• Based in Nairobi or the surrounding area.
• Strong written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Comfortable communicating with employers by phone and online.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Access to a laptop and smartphone with internet.

Required skills

• ChatGPT – prompt engineering and structured research.
• Google Sheets – data entry and log management.
