About the role

Maseno University is seeking a part‑time lecturer to teach Macroeconomics to undergraduate students. The appointment is intended to strengthen the economics department’s teaching capacity and provide students with a solid grounding in macroeconomic theory and policy.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials on macroeconomic topics.
Prepare lecture notes, presentations, and assessment materials.
Design, administer, and grade examinations, assignments, and projects.
Provide timely feedback and hold regular office‑hour sessions for student support.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Economics (or a closely related field).
Academic and professional certificates, transcripts, and a recent pay slip.
Three referee letters and ten hard‑copy application documents, clearly referencing the position.
