About the role

As a Partner Recruiter you will be the first point of contact for Odoo’s partnership network in Africa. You will identify, engage and onboard new resellers, system integrators and digital consultancies that can add Odoo’s ERP solutions to their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential partners across the African region and build strong relationships.
Analyse partner capabilities and business needs to propose mutually beneficial collaborations.
Present Odoo’s value proposition and conduct tailored product demonstrations.
Negotiate partnership terms and ensure agreements align with Odoo’s business model.
Manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, from qualification to onboarding.
Collaborate with international teams to support partner success and drive network growth.

Required profile

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong analytical mindset and a proactive hunting attitude.
Fluency in French and English.
Ability to understand and address the needs of CIOs, CFOs and CEOs.
