Patient Journey Partner

About the role

Roche Pharma is looking for a self‑driven, collaborative individual to join its customer engagement and business delivery team in Nairobi. As a Patient Journey Partner you will act as the local face of Roche, partnering with stakeholders across the patient journey to co‑create solutions that improve outcomes for patients, the ecosystem and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and embed strategies that enhance patient journeys within a therapeutic area.
• Partner closely with healthcare providers, payers, patient groups and other ecosystem actors to understand needs and connect Roche capabilities.
• Leverage internal and external networks to create value, share insights and scale solutions.
• Utilise emerging digital technologies, including AI and omnichannel tools, to engage stakeholders and deliver innovative solutions.
• Promote a growth mindset, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to organisational learning.
• Uphold Roche’s values of integrity, openness and ethical conduct in all interactions.

• Strong passion for improving patient outcomes and creating ecosystem impact.
• Entrepreneurial and visionary mindset with the ability to think beyond borders.
• Excellent partnering, coaching and consulting capabilities; able to listen deeply and ask insightful questions.
• Self‑managed, altruistic and able to work autonomously while supporting the global network.
• Digital‑savvy with a willingness to adopt AI and omnichannel communication methods.
