Peacekeeper Inn Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Peacekeeper Inn Manager will lead all hospitality, recreation, food‑and‑beverage and entertainment services for a unique US Air Force program. This position ensures operational excellence, compliance with government standards, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of lodging, recreation, food‑and‑beverage, and entertainment services.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to optimize efficiency while meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise staff, conduct training, performance evaluations, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement to achieve financial targets.
• Plan and execute events and programs that enhance the inn’s recreational and entertainment offerings.
• Respond to emergencies within one hour of notification and ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare regular reports on operations, budget performance, customer satisfaction and staff productivity for government review.
• Maintain assets, supplies and equipment in good condition.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote inn services and increase participation and revenue.
• Collaborate with government representatives and stakeholders to meet program requirements and improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, food or recreation management, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in recreation, food‑and‑beverage or entertainment operations.
• Minimum five years of middle‑manager experience in a comparable civilian commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staff and complex operations.
• Strong understanding of government and contractual compliance standards.
