Personal Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe and professional transportation for the employer, family members, and authorized passengers in Nairobi and surrounding areas. The role involves maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition and supporting occasional errands as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized passengers to designated locations.
• Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays and reduce travel time.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure timely servicing, fueling, insurance, and licensing of the vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Observe all traffic laws and maintain a professional driving record.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, and assist with errands when required.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver (preferred).
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional attitude.
