Personal Driver

About the role

Our client is looking for a reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for the employer and family members, as well as to handle personal errands. The ideal candidate will be mature, trustworthy, well‑groomed and familiar with Nairobi’s roads and traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the employer and family members to designated locations safely.
• Run personal errands as assigned.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Observe traffic laws and uphold high safety standards while driving.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with occasional administrative or support duties when required.

Required profile

• Age between 30 and 40 years.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record.
• Minimum qualification: KCSE/Form 4 Certificate.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and road safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, punctual, highly disciplined and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Defensive driving.
• Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance awareness.
• Route planning and navigation.

What we offer

• Gross salary of KSh 25,000 per month.
• Full‑time, permanent employment.
