Personal Driver – Part‑Time / On‑Call

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Personal Driver on a part‑time, on‑call basis to provide safe and professional transportation for the employer, family members, and authorized persons. The role requires flexibility to respond to short‑notice travel needs while maintaining high standards of courtesy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the employer, family members, or authorized persons to designated destinations safely and on time.
• Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctuality.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well‑maintained.
• Monitor service schedules, report mechanical issues, and maintain vehicle documentation.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with occasional errands or related support duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a personal or family driver.
• Valid, accident‑free driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi roads, surrounding outskirts, and major Kenyan towns.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings when needed.

Required skills

• Defensive driving and road safety awareness.
• Time management and punctuality.
