Phone Sales Agent - Restock

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Agent to join our Restock team. You will contact existing customers whose product supplies are running low and help them place timely re‑orders. The role combines warm outreach with consultative selling and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Call, text and email customers whose inventory is low and secure re‑orders before they run out.
• Follow a daily queue of reorder opportunities, adhering to the prescribed call and follow‑up cadence.
• Review each customer’s purchase history to personalize conversations and recommend appropriate quantities.
• Introduce complementary products to increase order value.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and SMS.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
• Comfort with a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Prior phone sales or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and order‑management systems.
• Experience using manual dialing tools.
