About the role

jajemelo pizza is expanding its Nairobi outlet and is looking for a dedicated Pizza Maker to join the kitchen team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing dough, assembling pizzas to recipe standards, and ensuring a fast, friendly service for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes.
• Assemble and bake pizzas, operating ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Support general food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory checks during busy periods.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to deliver timely service and respond to customer requests.

Required profile

• Basic education with a strong interest in food preparation and cooking.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a restaurant or fast‑food setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
