Platform Engineer - Operations

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Platform Engineer – Operations to lead the creation, prototyping and continuous evolution of digital products and experiences. The role blends strategic design thinking with operational excellence, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to define project needs and drive work forward.
• Set and uphold design standards, create guidelines, and codify best practices for the team.
• Concept, iterate, prototype and test solutions to deliver strategic, elegant and simple designs.
• Analyze complex systems, distill insights and develop inventive, experimental solutions.
• Ground design work in deep client understanding and leverage strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading teams that ship successful digital products and experiences.
• Experience managing, training and mentoring design teams, providing clear direction.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑disciplinary partners and leaders.
• Talent for overcoming roadblocks and guiding teams toward innovative outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process, approach and impact.
