About the role
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to assess client risk tolerance, conduct market research and design investment portfolios that aim to maximise financial returns. In this role you will work directly with clients, explain investment opportunities, set expectations and oversee transactions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide client consultation to develop investment objectives
- Offer advice and guidance on investment opportunities to customers
- Create reports on investment performance and activity
- Communicate with clients about their accounts, market conditions and economic trends
- Manage equity and bond portfolios to maximise investment returns
- Maintain acceptable levels of risk based on client instructions
- Craft investment packages tailored to client needs
- Manage client expectations and oversee transaction processes
