Procurement Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Intern to support our college’s supply chain and administrative functions across multiple campuses. The role offers hands‑on experience in supplier management, equipment maintenance, inventory control and student placement support.

Key responsibilities

• Source and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers; obtain quotations and coordinate deliveries of electronics, phones and office supplies.
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of electronic equipment across all campuses, acting as the primary contact for equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team to verify student fee payments before hospital placements and follow up with students on outstanding balances.
• Print and display admission and hospital placement lists, and update noticeboards for each intake.
• Manage scrub orders, liaise with tailors, coordinate delivery, maintain inventory and confirm receipt by students.
• Schedule and track student vaccinations for Week 4 and Week 8, keeping accurate records.
• Collect graduate numbers, procure gowns, and ensure on‑time delivery and distribution across campuses.
• Handle printing of mock exams, certificates, recommendation and completion letters.
• Perform small office errands within and outside the office as assigned.
