Procurement, Logistics & Administration Assistant

About the role

The Procurement, Logistics & Administration Assistant will support the efficient delivery of procurement, logistics and administration functions for Light Up Hope’s field office in Kajiado. The role also includes managing the motorbike fleet to ensure smooth program implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and forward purchase requisitions to the Procurement Officer.
• Obtain quotations, prepare procurement documents and track orders.
• Verify quantities and quality of delivered goods and update procurement trackers.
• Maintain office filing systems, coordinate office maintenance, supplies and visitor logs.
• Support onboarding logistics for new staff and manage correspondence and courier services.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for field activities, trainings and events.
• Prepare and maintain motorbike movement schedules, logbooks and fuel records.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, logistics or administrative support within an NGO or similar environment.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, supplier management and record‑keeping.
• Ability to manage a small motorbike fleet and coordinate field logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
