Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will support our hospitality operations by managing the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement that meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for hospitality supplies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing to achieve best value.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of procurement experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality supplies, vendors and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
