Procurement Senior Coordinator – BU Support

About the role

The Tupande Procurement Senior Coordinator supports business units by overseeing the full procurement lifecycle, controlling spend, and driving process improvements. This position works closely with BU and procurement teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost‑effective sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate periodic reviews with assigned Business Units to clear aged procurement requests and purchase orders.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve PR‑to‑PO turnaround time.
• Develop templates, SOPs, and training materials to support cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between BU and procurement teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define scope and profile of assigned procurement categories and conduct spend and market analyses.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies aimed at cost savings, quality improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Identify, evaluate, and pre‑qualify potential suppliers based on strategic needs.
• Lead RFx processes, including negotiations and contract management.

Required profile

• Experience managing the full procurement lifecycle for business‑unit projects.
• Ability to conduct spend, market, and supplier analyses.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with BU and procurement teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
