Product Design - Lead

About the role

Partner with cross‑functional teams and customers to turn insights into delightful products. This role requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision within a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set design requirements based on input from internal teams and user research.
• Identify new product improvement opportunities and analyse market fit.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and coordinate with design team members to ensure consistent communication.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet evolving customer preferences.
• Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
• Present design concepts to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience across all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating an intuitive eye for customer needs and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Excellent communication skills to persuade stakeholders around design concepts.
• Passion for design, creative problem‑solving, and a drive to continuously improve.
