Product Operations Associate

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Product Operations Associate to support day‑to‑day product activities. You will work closely with the product team, gathering and analysing data, facilitating stakeholder communication, and helping improve processes that keep our tools and documentation running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse basic product performance data from assigned sources.
• Create simple reports on product metrics and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Support stakeholder communication by preparing content that explains product vision, roadmap and progress.
• Address stakeholder questions using predefined answers or help documentation.
• Use product development tools according to established workflows and suggest minor process enhancements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for product development processes.
• Assist with basic user and customer research activities to capture needs and feedback.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good written communication skills for creating reports and stakeholder updates.
• Interest in product development, data analysis and process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic data extraction and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with product development software and documentation platforms.
