Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist reports to the Giver Services Manager and collaborates with the Giver Services, Philanthropy and Operations teams. The role blends client support, product expertise, inside‑sales activities and coordination of Charity Fund applications for a global Christian NGO.

Key responsibilities

• Support Foundation Fund and Charity clients through training, product guidance and ongoing follow‑up.
• Engage prospective donors and charities, explaining services through inside‑sales activities.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on product offerings and the broader global giving network.
• Initiate Charity Fund applications and coordinate workflow handoffs across the team.
• Build trusted relationships with donors and charities across different countries and cultures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• CRM experience, including sales pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong phone and Zoom etiquette.
• Strong customer service, organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural competency.
• Experience working virtually or with a dispersed team.
• Ability to manage confidential information and adapt to rapid change.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Growth mindset, flexibility and willingness to support wider team functions.
• Spiritual maturity and alignment with the organisation’s Christian mission.
