About the role
One Acre Fund is seeking a Production Assistant on a fixed‑term basis to support its Tupande program in Kenya. Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips millions of smallholder farmers with high‑quality inputs, credit, training and services that increase farm productivity and resilience. The Tupande brand operates from the Kakamega headquarters, where close to 500 staff coordinate activities for over one million farmers across the country. The Production Assistant will contribute to the smooth execution of production‑related tasks that enable the delivery of agricultural inputs and services to farmers.
