Production Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead the water and juice manufacturing line for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. You will ensure that production runs smoothly, meet quality standards and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the water and juice department, assigning daily tasks to floor staff.
• Perform online analysis of water and juice, including Brix measurements, before packaging.
• Carry out equipment calibration and verify mixing and blending parameters.
• Maintain a clean production floor and ensure machines are sanitized.
• Requisition raw materials and manage material transfer notes.
• Prepare daily production reports and quality‑control documentation.
• Coordinate with the Stores Supervisor and Supply Chain Manager for product transfer.
• Participate in product‑development activities and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• BSc in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in an FMCG or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
• Ability to enforce health and safety policies on the shop floor.

Required skills

• Online analysis of food‑grade liquids.
• Equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Production reporting and documentation.
