Production Supervisor – Manufacturing/FMCG

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead a team of production workers in a fast‑paced manufacturing/FMCG environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, train, schedule and evaluate production staff.
• Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes to meet deadlines and quality specifications.
• Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows and manage resources efficiently.
• Implement and maintain production tracking systems.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, audits and address any non‑conformities.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Promote a safe work environment, enforce safety policies and deliver safety training.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably food/FMCG.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality‑control principles.
