Product‑Minded Mobile Developer & Designer

About the role

Sevi is building a Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later platform for African merchants and is expanding into a full‑stack fintech solution. We are looking for a product‑minded mobile developer and designer who can turn user insights into beautiful, production‑ready experiences across mobile and web.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular interviews and syncs with merchants to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Define visual identity, create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs for complex fintech workflows.
• Implement and maintain features in our React Native/Expo mobile app and Next.js web application, ensuring offline‑first synchronization.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to shape product vision, front‑end architecture and technical roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong visual eye and deep empathy for user experience combined with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Passionate about direct customer contact and iterative product development.
• Creative, flexible and comfortable working in a fast‑moving emerging‑market environment.
