Project Coordinator – Athletics Wellness Program & Products

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the coordination, implementation, and day‑to‑day management of the Athletics Wellness Program & Products, driving membership growth, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering exceptional service to athletes and sports organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute athlete engagement activities, roadshows, club activations, wellness events, tournaments and awareness campaigns.
• Manage member onboarding, maintain accurate documentation, and provide ongoing support throughout the membership lifecycle.
• Coordinate billing, debiting and subscription processes, monitor collections, reconcile payments and prepare revenue reports.
• Serve as primary contact for member inquiries, resolve complaints, and monitor service quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, wellness partners, insurers and other stakeholders, supporting negotiations and partnership implementation.
• Develop project plans, track performance against KPIs, prepare regular reports and identify operational risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Insurance, Sports Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, account or customer relationship management, or membership‑based programmes.
• Experience in activations, events, collections or revenue administration is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
