Project Coordinator

About the role

CBX Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team. The role focuses on customer service, order tracking, and coordination of construction‑related documentation to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with timely communication and coordination to meet construction schedules.
• Prepare and submit quotes, work orders, and construction take‑offs from blueprints.
• Process architectural revisions, bulletins, and submittal packages (product data sheets, samples, schedules).
• Communicate order status to general contractors, customers, field technicians, and internal departments via email and phone.
• Generate update reports for management and customers, and provide close‑out documentation as required.
• Monitor orders, track shipments, and coordinate with factories and suppliers across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Resolve project issues quickly, escalating only when necessary.
• Maintain product knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Functional computer literacy and ability to work with digital documentation.
• Ability to perform construction take‑offs and interpret blueprints.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
