Project Lead – Legal & Tech Strategy (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Lead to drive the development and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This full‑time remote position requires a J.D. and extensive experience managing complex legal projects in technology‑focused environments. You will work with a global leader in the technology, information and internet sector, influencing product innovation and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to ensure compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
