Project Manager – Strategic Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects for ABNO Softwares International. This results‑driven role requires managing cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in line with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead project kick‑off meetings and maintain clear communication of expectations.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, monitor progress and implement risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead, mentor and motivate project teams, assign tasks and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, quality standards and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably in software or IT services.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
