Project Manager – Systems Integration

About the role

Kaziweza Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead systems integration projects across East Africa. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Coordinate all project activities from initiation through commissioning and hand‑over.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, conduct kick‑off meetings and regular progress reviews.
• Review technical designs and ensure integration of network infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, data‑centre, cybersecurity, command & control, building management, unified communications, audio‑visual and cloud solutions.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, revenue recognition and cash flow.
• Oversee contract administration, risk identification, variations, claims and procurement.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks and monitor team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT/telecom systems integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a regional footprint.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience handling budgets and invoicing.
