Project Supervisor – Garment Manufacturing

About the role

The Project Supervisor will lead production activities for both school uniform and fashion sweater lines in a fast‑moving garment manufacturing environment. You will ensure schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and teams work efficiently to deliver on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Allocate resources and coordinate workflow across departments to avoid bottlenecks.
• Implement and enforce quality standards, conducting inspections at each production stage.
• Supervise production staff, assign daily tasks, and provide training and mentorship.
• Oversee school uniform and fashion sweater lines, ensuring design specifications are met.
• Prepare regular progress reports, track output, efficiency, and defect rates.
• Recommend process improvements based on data analysis.

Required profile

• Diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or Production Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in knitwear or garment manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing both school uniform and fashion sweater production lines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
