Property Executive – Tele‑Calling

About the role

RenCenter is seeking an energetic, target‑driven Property Executive to join its outbound tele‑calling team at Tatu City. You will be the first voice prospective customers hear, introducing them to the Tatu City development and converting interest into scheduled site visits. The role is high‑volume, fast‑paced and requires clear communication and diligent follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing Tatu City and its offering.
• Follow up unanswered calls via WhatsApp and re‑engage by phone once the customer responds.
• Qualify leads and secure commitment to a site visit.
• Log every call outcome and lead update accurately in Salesforce.
• Hand over qualified, engaged leads to Real Estate Advisors with full context.
• Meet daily call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Track progress on leads assigned to the sales team.

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound tele‑sales, tele‑calling or lead generation (BPO, contact centre or direct sales).
• Proven track record of meeting call volume, conversion or sales targets.
• Strong spoken English with a professional phone manner.
• Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce and dialer/telephony platforms.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
