Property Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Property Sales Consultant to join Brites Management Services Limited in Nairobi’s Westlands district. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property investments, guiding them through the full sales cycle, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client advisory services, assessing financial capacity, needs, and investment objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Generate leads through marketing, networking and referrals, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, support clients throughout buying or selling, and update the CRM database.
• Coordinate property viewings, present features and benefits, and liaise with developers and owners.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, address client concerns, and ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Prepare and review documentation, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with legal and finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• At least 4 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales, investment or a client‑facing consultative role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of property markets and investment principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property management tools.
