About the role

We are seeking a confident, well‑presented Property Sales Consultant to join our fast‑paced real‑estate team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for generating new business, guiding clients through the full sales cycle, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high‑value sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct professional client meetings, property presentations, and site viewings that inspire confidence.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, and payment plans, negotiate terms, and close high‑value transactions.
• Ensure timely execution of sales agreements, collection of deposits, and follow‑up on payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in direct sales or high‑value B2C/B2B environments.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong executive presence.
• Proactive hunter who enjoys generating new business rather than waiting for leads.
