Public Relations & Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Public Relations & Corporate Communications Manager to lead and enhance global communications for a leading Christian NGO. The role will shape media relations, reputation management, and internal communication across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s PR, earned media, and corporate communications strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and key influencers.
• Manage media enquiries, press releases, interviews, and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Prepare executives for interviews, speaking engagements, and major announcements, including speeches and briefing materials.
• Craft clear messaging for initiatives, partnerships, reports, and organizational developments.
• Monitor reputation, identify emerging risks, and advise senior leadership.
• Design and coordinate crisis communication plans and stakeholder messaging.
• Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned.
• Coordinate communications with network members, strategic partners, and affiliated organisations.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and regular reports to measure visibility and impact.
• Manage external PR agencies and communications partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations or journalism.
• Proven experience leading communications initiatives across multiple countries or global markets.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and executive communication abilities.
• Strong background in media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications.
