QA Engineer – ERP Technical Support

About the role

The QA Engineer will provide technical support for internal users of the company's ERP system, ensuring smooth operation, stability and continuous improvement. You will also deliver user training and act as a bridge between IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to internal users and resolve ERP‑related issues.
• Conduct training sessions on the ERP application for end‑users.
• Maintain system stability, troubleshoot incidents and drive continuous optimization.
• Document solutions, create project documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with business units to understand processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, finance and supply‑chain processes.
• Proficiency in database technologies and ability to write SQL queries.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise business processes and ability to perform analysis.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn financial and business management concepts quickly.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, Windows operating systems and basic networking.
